1. Refund Eligibility
StyleFlow India offers refunds for paid fashion consultation services under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Service must not have been fully delivered
- Valid reason for refund must be provided
2. Free Services
Our basic fashion quiz and style recommendations are provided free of charge and do not qualify for refunds.
3. Premium Consultation Services
For paid premium consultation services:
- Full refund available within 24 hours of purchase if service not yet started
- Partial refund available if less than 50% of consultation completed
- No refund available once full consultation is delivered
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at refunds@styleflow-india.com
- Provide your order number and reason for refund
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Downloadable style guides after download
- Completed personal styling sessions
- Custom wardrobe plans already delivered
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel scheduled consultation appointments:
- Up to 24 hours before appointment for full refund
- Less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund
- No-show appointments: No refund
